So my whirlwind world-tour continues with efforts for the next few months to be focused in the Bay Area. At least until the spring time...
Played three times in San Francisco last week:
The RipTide near Ocean Beach;
Irelands 32nd on Geary;
(ugly shirt, usually I try to dress more professionally...)
And The Hotel Utah south of Market Street.
Got a gig to play an hour of music as an opening act for a couple bands at the Astoria Bar in Eugene on Saturday Dec 6 starts around 9pm. There might be a small cover charge.
Haven't posted a vid in while. Got really sick for a few weeks and couldn't do much of anything. My live performance schedule has involved at least making an effort to play out some place once a week.
Spent some of last weekend working on figuring out how to go about doing multi track recording with my laptop. I had hoped to avoid multitracking since it so tedious but to get the kind of fullness of sound there may be no way around it. Other thing is that I am debating whether or not to use some kind of drums and bass on the multitracked songs.
For most of September I was in Portland playing the open mic circuit in that area.
Some screen caps of the various locations I performed:

Finally got around to processing some video
Rare clip where I play with another musician:
More Human than Human at Mulligans with Larry on the African drum on July 2.
You Wreck Me at the Axe and Fiddle where there was no sound from my guitar on July 22.
My set at a place that I had not played before, World Flavors, on July 29;
Still at it, playing about once a week now. 89 performances since Aug '07. Really glad I started this blog to document that as much as possible.
July 08 was pretty much a wash
Posted a clip from the June 10 2008 Habitat for Humanity benefit performance at the Axe and Fiddle in Cottage Gove, Oregon. It was a pretty quiet night there and I didn't get on until relatively late but it was still good experience and its a nice venue to play.
I played:
Fortunate Son
Little Prelude Bach
